Kairos

Terms of service

Last updated: 3 August 2026

These terms govern the use of Kairos, a platform operated by Tevsoftthat lets businesses serve their customers on the business's own WhatsApp number. By using Kairos, a business agrees to these terms.

The service

Kairos provides customer conversation automation on the official WhatsApp Business Platform: grounded answers from the business's own content, guided transaction flows, payment initiation, and text-based operational tools for the business's verified staff.

Accounts and eligibility

  • Kairos is offered to businesses, not to individual consumers.
  • The business must own or control the WhatsApp Business number it connects and must complete Meta's business verification where required.
  • The business is responsible for who it authorizes as staff and for keeping PINs confidential.

Acceptable use

  • The business must comply with the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy and applicable law, including obtaining opt-in before sending proactive messages.
  • No spam, deception, harassment, or unlawful content.
  • The business is responsible for the accuracy of the documents, prices, and product data it loads into Kairos.

Payments

Customer payments are processed by the business's own licensed payment provider and settle into the business's own account. Kairos initiates checkouts and records payment status but never holds funds. Fees charged by the payment provider and by Meta for WhatsApp conversations are the business's responsibility.

Artificial intelligence

Kairos uses AI to understand and answer messages. The AI does not make regulated decisions — it does not approve or decline claims and does not issue binding quotes. The business remains responsible for decisions made through the platform and for reviewing information provided to its customers.

Availability

We work to keep Kairos available and reliable, but the service depends on third parties (including Meta, cloud hosting, and payment providers) and is provided "as is" without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation, unless a separate service level agreement says otherwise.

Intellectual property

Kairos and its software remain the property of Tevsoft. Content a business uploads remains the property of that business; we use it only to provide the service.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tevsoft is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Termination

A business may stop using Kairos at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms or of platform policies. On termination we delete or return business data in line with our privacy policy and deletion process.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana.
